Description: Extra Organic Coconut Oil is obtained by cold pressing the coconut pulp ( copra ), keeping all its nutritional properties intact. At temperatures below 15-18°C it appears as a solid butter, which melts easily with the heat of the hands or with hot water.
It contains a high percentage of lauric acid (about 50%) and other medium-chain fatty acids (caprylic, caprinic, myristic, palmitic). These nutrients are easily assimilated, provide rapid energy and do not negatively affect cholesterol levels.
In the cosmetic field, it is appreciated for its versatility: it nourishes, protects and hydrates skin, hair and lips. It resists high temperatures, making it suitable for food use.
