Warnings and contraindications : do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and under 8 years of age. Peppermint essential oil should never be used pure, it can be very irritating. At high concentrations it can induce laryngospasm and irritate the vocal cords and nasal mucosa. Avoid use in cases of epilepsy and other nervous disorders, and in homeopathic treatments.
